Project Description
At Villa Element the challenge was not enough drainage and a rotten sub floor structure. The recommended solution based on client budget was to remove existing decking, repair drainage and install a new ironwood joist sub floor. After that we used the existing decking after some repairs and replacing some planks and installed them using our Deckwise Extreme4 IPE Clip Hidden Deck System. For the final finishing we used our BONA sanding machines and two coats of BONA Decking Oil
