b) sub floor with Ulin joists using galvanized screws and flooring installed with Primatech nail gun

Decking (outdoor)

a) sub floor with Ulin joists using galvanized screws and decking installed with stainless screws and wooden plugs

b) sub floor with Ulin joists using galvanized screws and decking installed with TigerClaw hidden deck fastening system

Sanding & Finishing:

c) Pre-finished

For option a/b/c we use BONA Mix & Fill for smooth surface preparations
